1 - General clauses

2 - Information and security

The information concerning your person is intended exclusively for the internal use of SAS FALIERES.

In accordance with the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, the user has a right of access and rectification of the data concerning him. At any time the user can request that the data concerning him be deleted by notifying us at the following address contact@falieres-nutrition.com

3 -To order

The order is recorded as soon as your customer ID (strictly personal) is entered.

SAS FALIERES only processes the personal data that you have provided to it for the sole purpose of performing the services to which you have subscribed.

We never communicate any personal data of our customers to a third party.

Payment is made directly to the order in a secure environment via the BNP PARIBAS bank server. The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective when the bank payment centers concerned have given their agreement. In case of refusal of the said centers, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified by e-mail.

You can also send a check (in euros drawn on a French bank) made out to SAS FALIERES or a money order.

5 -Price, postage & packaging

The selling prices of the products are indicated in euros all taxes included (TTC)

For all shipments, participation in postage and packaging costs must be added for Metropolitan France:

• From €6 and according to Chronopost** or Colissimo* rates for all orders under €50
• FREE for Colissimo* for all orders over €50.

For the International, the contribution to the shipping costs corresponds to the international colissimo or international Chronopost rates according to the chosen shipping method:

• From €6 and according to Chronopost** or Colissimo* rates for all orders under €150
• FREE for Colissimo* for all orders over €150.

6 - Delivery

The products ordered will be delivered to the address mentioned by the customer when ordering on the website. Except in special cases or unavailability of one or more items, the products ordered will be delivered in one go.

Depending on the weight and volume of the order, delivery will be made by post or by an independent carrier. The delivery time is approximately 3 days upon receipt of the order and its payment for Colissimo*, 2 days for Chronopost**.

Delivery is deemed to have been made upon delivery of the ordered products to the carrier. The customer is required to check the condition of the products delivered and to make all the necessary reservations with the carrier.

7 - Liability, warranty

The products marketed comply with European regulations. Falières Nutrition cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the regulations of a foreign country.

SAS FALIERES cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network.

8 - Intellectual Property

Any natural or legal person who has an Internet site and who wishes to place, on his site, a simple link referring directly to any page of the site http://www.falieres-nutrition.com must request authorization from the SAS FALIERES
However, any hypertext link to the site http://www.falieres-nutrition.com and using the technique of framing or in-line linking is strictly prohibited.

9 - Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions as well as all the purchase and sale transactions referred to therein are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer will first contact SAS FALIERES to obtain an amicable solution.
The consumer can seize the jurisdiction of his choice: that of his domicile or of his place of delivery.

10 - Entire contract

If, for any reason, one of these general conditions should be declared inapplicable, this inapplicability will not affect the application of the other provisions of the general conditions, the one deemed inapplicable then being replaced by the closest possible provision.

11 - Force majeure

Fortuitous events or force majeure such as: total or partial strikes, interruption of transport, fire, storm, flood, etc. have the effect of suspending our contractual obligations.

12 - Right of withdrawal

The customer has a withdrawal period of 14 clear days from delivery to return the products to SAS FALIERES at his own expense, for exchange or reimbursement.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the customer will have the choice to request either the reimbursement of his order, with the exception of the return costs that he will have incurred, or the exchange of the products (the shipping costs incurred for this new expedition remaining at his expense).

Any request for exchange or refund must be made by post, within 7 days of delivery, the products must be returned to SAS FALIERES unopened and in their original packaging. The postage fees are paid by the client.
